I travel extensively and much prefer the nicest hotels. I am however tired of being charged ridiculous amounts for extras especially Internet connection served up with a healthy dose of indifference. Times have changed and while I hate to think of economic casualties the hotel industry, from a client perspective, has some catching up to do.
